(“Utility”), a provider of water storage tank maintenance and related services, located in Perry, Georgia, recently completed the sale of its operating subsidiaries to SUEZ Environment North America Inc., a water management, sanitation and waste services division of the SUEZ Group, an international industrial and services group.
